About

Santa Garb was born from necessity—with a little magic and a lot of experience.

After years of working as a costumer for theme parks and haunted attractions, I found myself stepping into the world of Christmas overlays. When asked to create costumes for Santas, I realized there was a surprising lack of options that were both charming and truly built for the performer. So I got to work—and Santa Garb was born.

Our costumes are designed with the performer in mind. Every detail is intentional: from durable, washable fabrics to colorfast velvets that won’t bleed onto fur. We even offer detachable fur trims that can be swapped out for different colors—making each suit adaptable and refreshingly unique.

Our base designs are timeless and classic, but crafted for easy upgrades with embroidery, appliqués, and event-specific branding. Whether you’re performing at a theme park, in a studio, or at a private event, our suits can evolve with your role.

We produce in small batches—just enough to gain economies of scale without flooding the market with identical costumes. The result? Quality, variety, and room to stand out. Special orders are welcome as our schedule allows, and we’re proud to source velvet from a U.S. supplier for our custom suits, offering a wide range of rich colors and combinations.

At Santa Garb, we believe every Santa deserves to look—and feel—like the real deal. Our goal is to support performers with costumes that not only look beautiful but wear beautifully, too.
