Processing Time:
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location, size, and speed. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchase to see if accommodations can be made.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to assist.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and costume nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Custom or special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged in transit or found to be defective upon arrival.
We encourage all custom clients to review sketches, fabric samples, or details carefully prior to production.
